We’ve never rushed this.
Aubry started without a launch plan, a roadmap, or a marketing deck. Just one acre, one winemaker, and a quiet belief that Napa didn’t always have to be loud.
Dylan farmed the vineyard himself. He picked the fruit, pressed it, and let the wine do its thing—native yeast fermentation, long aging in French oak, and no unnecessary moves. No lab tricks. No over-oaking. No shortcuts.
For a few years, we shared bottles with friends, opened them for dinners, or tucked them away to mark milestones. But eventually, we realized we were onto something worth sharing more broadly. People kept asking for more. We finally decided to say yes.
Now we’re here.
The Wines
Our Chardonnay comes from a single block in Oak Knoll, organically farmed. It’s picked early to stay fresh and textured, fermented slow, and bottled without trying to impress anyone. It drinks clean. It drinks easy. It drinks like Napa before it got loud.
We’re also releasing a special project: The Quiet Collection—a three-vintage vertical of Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon that will never be made again. These are library wines, farmed and made entirely by Dylan, from a single acre in a cooler Napa AVA known for producing structured, elegant Cab. Lower alcohol. Higher intention.
Why Direct-to-You?
We don’t have a tasting room. We don’t have a wine club. We’re not trying to get shelf space at your local grocery store. We just want to make wine that’s honest—and ship it straight to the people who want it.
If you’re here, you probably heard about us from someone you trust. That’s how we like it.
Thanks for coming by.
